🇬🇧 Rental Terms (English)

1. 1

   Vehicle Video is Mandatory

   A video of the vehicle's condition must be recorded at the time of pickup. This protects you against any false damage claims and protects us against undisclosed damage.

2. 2

   Helmet & Driving License Compulsory

   The vehicle must not be ridden without wearing a helmet and without carrying a valid driving license. This is both our rule and the law.

   Lost Key — ₹400

   If the vehicle key is lost, a charge of ₹400 will apply.

   Lost Helmet — ₹800

   If a helmet is lost, a charge of ₹800 will apply.

   Office Pickup & Drop Only

   The customer must collect the vehicle from our office and return it to the same office — Shop No. 43, Opp. Bharat Petrol Pump, Udaipole, Udaipur.

   Return by 8:00 PM

   Bikes and scooties must be returned by 8:00 PM. Returns after 8 PM will attract an additional charge.

7. 7

   Night Charge — ₹250

   Keeping the vehicle overnight attracts a night charge of ₹250.

   Tyre Puncture

   Any tyre puncture during the rental period is the customer's responsibility (repair cost to be borne by the customer).

   No Illegal Activities or Substances

   In case of any illegal activity, or carrying of any illegal / intoxicating substances with the vehicle, the entire legal responsibility will be the customer's.

    Damage Responsibility

    The customer is fully responsible for any damage of any kind to the rented bike/scooty, as well as any damage caused to a third party or a third party's vehicle.
